Important — Current production times

Due to an exceptionally high volume of orders in recent weeks, our production times are currently longer than usual.

⏳ Orders may take several weeks for full shipment.

Please note:

  • Our creations are embroidered to order
  • A tracking number may be created before the package moves
  • Our team is actively working to catch up on production

We fully understand the frustration caused by current delays and we are doing our best to process each order as quickly as possible.

We would like to inform you about our delivery and order policy:

 

⭐️ Important note

It is possible that some items may incur double delivery fees if multiple products from different collections are ordered together.

No worries — we automatically refund any delivery overage.

We manually check each order to ensure you pay the correct amount. ❤️

  • The delivery fee is set at $15.
  • Please allow 1 to 5 days for delivery once your order has been shipped.
  • Please note that each item is made to order, which can take 2 to 3 weeks for production before shipping.
  • As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to track your delivery in real time. Please check your spam emails if you have not received your tracking number in your regular inbox.
  • We ship via Purolator to guarantee the security and speed of your delivery.
  • It is your responsibility to carefully check your delivery address and order details before finalizing your purchase.
  • We wish to emphasize that we are not responsible for stolen, lost, damaged, or delayed packages once they have been shipped.
  • Please note that no refunds/exchanges/returns are allowed, as each item is specially produced for you.
  • All our items are made from 50% polyester and 50% cotton.
  • To change the initial embroidery colors, select your item, size, and color, then use the comment box in the cart to specify in detail the desired embroidery colors for each item. Be sure to include all necessary specifications, as each design has many details.
  • Please note that available customization is limited only to the embroidery colors of selected items. Other features such as design, size, and type of garment are predefined and not modifiable.
  • In case of an unexpected out-of-stock item, we will contact you to offer an alternative.
